1. BDD test attachments should appear in their runs

   In Scripted test you can add files to the steps and then you seem in the tests' run.
   in BDD though, there are no steps. So if we need to attach files to the test, we just add it to the test itself.
   The problem is that they're not seen in the run, so tester needs to go back to the test to see them.

   Attachments should somehow be visible in the BDD Run, maybe above the scenario, with Run custom fields?

2. Linked list in filters - part 2

   First of all, thank you very much for implementing my previous request with Auto Filters! I really appreciate it!
   I'd like to open the second part of my previous request and add something new :)

   Suggestion 1. If I use a parent list in the criterion, the criterion of a linked list should show me only the values that are related to the parent list value.
   For example, I have two fields
   Feature - values A, B
   Sub Feature - values (A) 1,2 ; (B) 3,4
   If my first criterion is "Feature is A", and I start to create criteria "Sub Feature is..", then the dropdown list should show me only values 1,2. Currently it shows 1,2,3,4

   Suggestion 2. Same thing but in separate filters:
   If I use a parent list in the criterion of one Filter, and the criterion of a linked list in its Sub Filter, this criterion should show me only the values that are related to the parent list value.
   For example, I have two Filters
   Filter X with criterion: "Feature - values A, B"
   Filter Y (sub filter of X) with criterion: "Sub Feature - values (A) 1,2 ; (B) 3,4"

5. Adding filters to Dashboard tabs for easy navigation

   Description:

   Currently, dashboards are presented using a tabs‑based structure, which requires significant horizontal scrolling to access older dashboards. As the number of dashboards increases over time, this approach becomes difficult to manage and navigate efficiently.
   This is inconsistent with how other PractiTest entities—such as Test Library, Requirements, Issues, and Test Sets—are managed using filters instead of tabs.

   Introduce a filter‑based mechanism for dashboards, similar to existing filtering functionality across other PractiTest modules.

   Year (e.g., 2025, 2026)
   Team

6. Project/Admin‑Controlled Project‑Level Column fields Configuration for Test Set Instances

   We are requesting an enhancement that allows Test Set column configurations to be managed at the project level, rather than being limited to individual user settings.
   Currently, column visibility and ordering can be customized only at the individual Test Set instance level, and these settings apply per user. While a “Reset All” option exists within a Test Set, it also operates at the instance level and is not governed by project‑wide controls.

   Why this is needed:
   Test Sets are frequently reviewed by senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders. Many reviewers may:
   1)Be unaware of column customization features
   2)Configure columns differently (or not at all)
   3)View inconsistent data layouts during reviews

   This creates inconsistency and reduces clarity during leadership reviews and audits.

   Requested Enhancements:

   1)Project‑Level Default Column Configuration

   Allow project admins to define a default column layout (order, visibility) for Test Sets.
   This default view should automatically apply to all users in the project.

   2)Admin‑Controlled Toggle for Views

   Provide a toggle that allows users to switch between:
   Project‑level default view (admin‑defined)
   Personalized user view (individual customization)

   3)Project‑Level Control for “Reset All”

   Extend the existing “Reset All” (Edit Columns) functionality by adding a project‑level toggle or flag in project settings.
   When enabled by an admin:
   “Reset All” should revert columns to the project‑defined default layout, not just a system default.
   This ensures consistent recovery to the intended standard layout across all users.

   Business Value:

   Ensures consistent Test Set views for leadership and stakeholders
   Reduces manual configuration for reviewers
   Improves governance and standardization
   Maintains flexibility through optional user personalization

   This feature would significantly improve usability, consistency, and administrative control for teams that rely heavily on Test Sets for reporting and executive reviews.

7. Add Sub‑Permission for Managing List Values Without Creating Custom Fields in customization permissions

   PractiTest currently has one single Customization permission that allows users to:

   Create new custom fields , Modify existing custom fields , Add or edit values in List, Multi‑List, and Linked List fields

   Because all of this is bundled together, we cannot give users the ability to maintain list values without also giving them full access to create or change custom fields — which is risky and not always appropriate.

8. Make it possible to browse history of edit in dashboard settings

   Now every one who have Administrator role can update setting of dashboard.
   Our team have several number of Administrators and it is not easy to know who update dashboard config.

   Dashboard would be one keystones around management in PractiTest and situation above is not happy in overall management when using PractiTest.

   It would nice to have feature of browsing history of edit in dashboard settings.

14. ClickUp integration - ability to link between tasks and subtasks

    We would like to be able to add the issues as sub tasks to the original task (=Requirement). Currently, we are linking manually between the tasks and subtasks and it's time consuming. Another option - create a "Clickup Parent" field on the fail & issue screen and enter the linkage between the items there
