  1. Move Cloned reference to History section

    When Cloning a test, the cloned test has a reference of the test from it was cloned and it shows up in the "Attachments" section of General section. It would be nice if this reference could be moved to History section to keep the test look cleaner

  2. Add the ability to add folders/filters from Test Library to Task board

    Generally testers write multiple test cases for a user story or feature and generally we group them in folders/filters in Test Library module. The ability to add the folder/filter to task board would be a better idea to track it in the board

  3. Make it possible to change the 'test set' on a run test instance

    Add the ability to change the 'test set' that an instance of a test is in, once it has been run
    We have some test instances which have been added & run in the wrong test set. We want to move the run instance to a different test set, , for reporting purposes., but not loose the results and run history

  8. Enable Esc or blur() collapse of dialogs

    Some dialogs require a specific click to close. Examples: [Info] for any test in the Test Library, [show requirements] for any test's Traceability tab. These should get dismissed with the Esc key, and when clicking outside of the dialog.

  9. Provide the ability to set default values for parameters

    When creating a parameter, it would be great to be able to set a default value. This could be done similar to a python, with the equals sign: {{myParam=4}}.

  12. Support inline-editing of test cases

    As an enterprise customer of practitest I would like to see a feature called "inline editing of test cases" so that I don't have to drill into a test case - leave the screen I'm on - edit the title of the test case - then reload the entire test library again to see what else I need to change.

    Nearly every competing product supports this form of rapid editing - and its a huge deal for me from a management perspective to make quick/rapid changes - especially in avoiding load times to merely go and edit a different test…

  13. Ability to get all filters for a project through the API

    We need the ability to get all filters for a project through the practitest test API. Currently we are trying to use the API to generate an internal report based on test sets in a test filter.

    We can filter the test sets by the filter-id but we have no way to prompt the user which filters are available to generate the report on.

    Maybe something like:

  16. Add steps option to filter creation

    It would be nice if it would be possible to add an option to pull tests that have specific words within a test's steps. For example, a filter that has

    Would help grab tests that may not have been tagged completely properly.
