Improve multi-level bullet list formatting in rich text editor
Currently, rich text editor poorly supports multi-level bullet points, in addition, the formatting looks completely different when creating and when running a test in a test set: making a multi-level list a single-level list

Open issues per test set
Create a new tab (next to History) in the test set that shows a list of open issues linked to test instances in the test set.
The linked issues column is not useful when there are a large number of instances and the bold/faded text for the issue number is confusing.
A simple list of issues that can be sorted by priority lets me know what needs addressing and I can go into each bug.3 votes -

Ability to link an issue to multiple test executions
Sometimes when a specific bug is found, we understand due to a nature of our testing that it will be found in other test runs as well, and would like to update these runs in batch.
For example, if it's the same test, we'd like to be able to link this bug to the same step in the run in all the existing runs.6 votes -
As an Admin, I Need the Ability to Add Values to Same Field Across All Projects
I have many of the same custom fields in all my projects. When I need to add a new value, I want to be able to add that value in one place and have it propagate to the custom field in All my Projects. Ex. Release field - Planning releases for each month, why create 2025-01 in all my projects. Let me have one master field that populated all my projects.
