  1. First of all, thank you for introducing the new traceability table for dashboards!
Secondly, please enable it for more rows, currently it's only 20 Test Sets/Requirements. It's OK if the table is going to be scrollable inside the item, it will still be effective.

  2. As Account owner I'd like to have an ability to import one Excel file to different projects.
    One sheet to each project.
I know that right now we only have Import page in each project, but maybe we should also have it on account level

  3. Recently you added a great option to link between requirement and test set.
We'd like to have this option in API - via POST request.

  4. This feature uses AI to automatically suggest relevant requirements while you are creating a test. Based on the test title, description, or steps, PractiTest analyzes the content and recommends existing requirements that may be related to the test.

  5. I think that the ability to update/modify a test step for a called test should be allowed during a run.

  6. As project Administrator, I'd like to decide which users added to the project get email that notify them on the adding.
Also I'd like to personalize the text, based on which user I'm the email is being sent to

  7. Recently you added Status of linked issues to the instances view of test set.
Can you also add it to the instances tabular report?

    Thank you!

  8. As project admin I need to see ALL possible values from Jira in the field settings or in dropdown of another module (as Tester)
Right now we only see value of existing issues or requirements that are imported to Practitest.

Example of a use case: The same mapped field is being used for tests or test sets and sometimes we use the value from Jira that has not been synced yet.
Right now, we need to create it manually and it causes duplications

  10. In Scripted test you can add files to the steps and then you seem in the tests' run.
in BDD though, there are no steps. So if we need to attach files to the test, we just add it to the test itself.
The problem is that they're not seen in the run, so tester needs to go back to the test to see them.

Attachments should somehow be visible in the BDD Run, maybe above the scenario, with Run custom fields?

  11. First of all, thank you very much for implementing my previous request with Auto Filters! I really appreciate it!
I'd like to open the second part of my previous request and add something new :)

Suggestion 1. If I use a parent list in the criterion, the criterion of a linked list should show me only the values that are related to the parent list value.
For example, I have two fields
    Feature - values A, B
    Sub Feature - values (A) 1,2 ; (B) 3,4
If my first criterion is "Feature is A", and I start to create criteria…

  12. PractiTest currently has one single Customization permission that allows users to:

Create new custom fields , Modify existing custom fields , Add or edit values in List, Multi‑List, and Linked List fields

Because all of this is bundled together, we cannot give users the ability to maintain list values without also giving them full access to create or change custom fields — which is risky and not always appropriate.

    Edit List Values Only”
This would allow users to update list, multilist, and linked‑list values without giving them the ability to create or modify custom fields.

  13. Now every one who have Administrator role can update setting of dashboard.
Our team have several number of Administrators and it is not easy to know who update dashboard config.

Dashboard would be one keystones around management in PractiTest and situation above is not happy in overall management when using PractiTest.

It would nice to have feature of browsing history of edit in dashboard settings.

  19. We would like to be able to add the issues as sub tasks to the original task (=Requirement). Currently, we are linking manually between the tasks and subtasks and it's time consuming. Another option - create a "Clickup Parent" field on the fail & issue screen and enter the linkage between the items there
