  3. The current response given for too many requests is :

    {"errors":[{"status":429,"title":"Exceeded API rate limit of 30 per 60 seconds","Retry-After":"60 seconds"}]}

what would be useful if the key "Retry-After" gave you the amount of seconds required before retry and was just a number not a string. It appears it just gives you 60 seconds regardless of how long you've been in API jail.

either that or add a new key entirely for this purpose (probably would make change control easier to add a new key)

currently when im looping and uploading im having to work this out myself. Though i'm having…

  5. When typing detail in an annotation for a Test Result, the regular autosave interrupts text input so often characters that are typed are not entered. Can the autosave in place here and elsewhere be done without interruting input?

  7. In order to start a new test run, it is important to know which issues were documented in the last run.
I would like to see the result field of the last run in the current run.
Maybe as a shadowed text in the result field or a link with a tooltip preview.

  9. Our company uses a variety of different Jira projects for everything from idea generation to corporate planning, in addition to software development. On Jira tickets unrelated to software dev, you can still see the "PractiTest" button, even though we have not integrated that project to PractiTest.

It would be great if this button was only displayed once the link was established in both Jira and PractiTest, so that our leadership team that's using Jira for other purposes doesn't get confused by it.

  10. Hello,
Currently, there are no ways to Archive Dashboards in PractiTest. As a matter of urgency, please implement ways to Archive Dashboards in PractiTest?

For instance, some Teams on a 2-weeks per month Sprints would like to never delete their Dashboards, but keep them for future references to their Leadership team's consumption.

Without a Dashboard Archive feature in PT, the number of dashboards will go pretty fast; and will become difficult for the QA teams and their Leadership teams to navigate.

PT Team, please consider implementing Archive Dashboards feature in PractiTest.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Felix

I want to be able to search for comments that I put in a test in the actual results section using the search bar for instance if I put in the actual results that the login button was greyed out I want to be able to type in the search box login button was greyed out and have the search return the test(s) that include that verbiage within the test wherever it is written including the actual results section of the test(s)

  15. Need better method to select the parent filter when creating a filter. Right now the entire filter tree(s) is shown as a dash-indented list, which requires quite a bit a scrolling to find the desired filter when the list is large.

  16. Dynamic temporary filters (i.e. a search function), especially for the Test Library. "Goto <Thing>..." requires you to already know the ID of <Thing>, and can't be used to quickly find a related <Thing>

  17. The ability to sort filters by column on the "All Filters" page.
For instance, we currently have 9 pages of filters on PractiTest project, so it's difficult to find specific filters or categories on that page.

  19. If I have a required custom field for a requirement that field is still blank when I import the requirement. I'd expect it to force me to select/enter a value, if it is required.

PractiTest vendor suggested to raise here:

    Hello Narasimha,
Following my conversation with the Product Team.
The request to add a verification/error step in case of the Import Jira issue to Requirement is not a request for just an enhancement, but rather a request to change the current functionality.
If implemented, this change might affect many other customers, which do use the Jira integration with Mandatory fields…
