  2. in the big project and data increasing, we noticed the API call limits stops developing and integrating with automation testing pipleline.

It would be a great to run testing and updating issues if PractiTest support provision of batch API to avoiding limitation of API call (100 / 1 mins, and returned records )

  3. When I enter a keyword and search, many test cases with the keyword will not show.
Now just crtl+F for every page and it is miserable...

  4. Have the ability to rename the system generated Test Case ID or allow this field to be "hidden". We use our own Test Case numbers and this is confusing for the testers to have two number fields.

  5. When linking a defect to an executed (failed) test, you do not always remember the defect ID. This is an annoying way to currently link defects.
On the link existing issue step, it would help greatly if we could bring up a list of all defects and be able to sort and search them by date/title/description.

  6. PractiTest is rather click-heavy.
One way to reduce this would be to allow multiple steps to be added quickly. A data entry field before the Add Step link allowing the user to provide a number of steps to be added would be a simple fix. Default this to 1 and existing behaviour remains. If the user enters 23, then 23 new blank lines are added/inserted. This will facilitate faster/less disrupted test case writing.

As the user may then over estimate the number of blank steps required, an option to Delete all blank steps would be a complimentary click reducing feature.

  9. When Practitest generates a 'detail' report of tests, in Excel format, there are two blank columns on the left (A & B) and a lot of blank rows padding the report. These blanks waste space on the screen/ sheet when printing. I have to manually remove these every time, which wastes time. Please could you take them out of the default report ?

  10. The test execution progress graph is a real good tool, giving clear info on a project progress status.
For now the time period of this graph is fixed to 28 days.
Being able to customize this X-axe would be very useful to study the reasons of slowliness in a project afterwards, for instance.

  11. Right now when you try to clone a project from Account settings, you have 4 options:
clone fields, clone users, clone user groups, clone integration settings.

It would be also very useful to clone filters. Probably should be related to "clone fields" option

  13. My test cases are named based upon area of application. So when adding to the test set I am manually sorting through 50+ test cases per section which I need in chronological order for execution. The ability to sort test cases alphanumerically when adding so I can add them in order by section would be huge for me and my team.

  15. When there is a problem / something unclear with a test, the author is addressed for explanation.
The author is not conserved when cloning tests (example - when moving tests from one project to another), causing a lot of confusion as to who should receive the questions. The cloner is listed as the author.
When cloning tests, i can choose which attributes of the test i want to import to the cloned test (version, status, componenet, etc). Author is listed but cannot be selected. Please add the ability to import that as well.

  16. It would be nice if we can get the detail of a comment by API or Webhook.
Right now it seems possible to get the update on a comment by Webhook, but not in detail.

  17. On the Test sets overview it is not possible to see if tests are automatically running. It would be nice to have the Run Statuts of a Test set at RUNNING when one of its Instance is at RUNNING.

  18. Right now, we only have:
    - "Run date"
    - "Status"
    - "Tester"

whenever we look at the test run history for instances. It'd be neat to have the option to add custom fields so we can better track previous runs.

For example: I want to be able to add "Commit hash" and "branch" to test instances run history so I can see the last GitHub commit that was tested.
