  1. Make it possible to change the 'test set' on a run test instance

    Add the ability to change the 'test set' that an instance of a test is in, once it has been run
    We have some test instances which have been added & run in the wrong test set. We want to move the run instance to a different test set, , for reporting purposes., but not loose the results and run history

  2. Task Board - Customize with chosen fields

    I would appreciate to be able to choose the fields shown for all tasks. For exemple, to be able to see the Priority or other chosen fields.

  3. Request to Increase Test Step Limit Beyond 300

    Please increase the current 300-step limit, as many of our larger test cases intentionally exceed 300 steps. These scenarios are designed to validate the full end-to-end patient journey across multiple integrated clinical and ancillary systems. Keeping all steps within a single test flow is essential to accurately validate cross-system dependencies, handoffs, and downstream impacts, which are critical to these workflows.

  6. Support Issue updating provision of batch API

    in the big project and data increasing, we noticed the API call limits stops developing and integrating with automation testing pipleline.

    It would be a great to run testing and updating issues if PractiTest support provision of batch API to avoiding limitation of API call (100 / 1 mins, and returned records )

    Add the ability to «Click here to create a new Requirement / test»:
    It's possible to create a new Requirement or test with the relevant value in the fields automatically if we create it from the boutton «Click here to create a new Requirement / test». And it's possible to always keep the button «Click here to create a new Requirement / test» at the top of each filter page ?

  8. Ability to add notes when you import steps from another test

    This will enable you to add any additional notes to the steps ie. ignore one step that is not relevant.

  9. Enhance UI CSS with Dark Mode / Compact Test Steps Listing

    As an enterprise customer I would like to have a "Dark mode" feature set as my personal preference, as well as see compact test steps listings, so that I can enjoy spending time working in Practitest.

  11. keyword search loses many test cases

    When I enter a keyword and search, many test cases with the keyword will not show.
    Now just crtl+F for every page and it is miserable...

  14. Remove blank columns & rows from detailed report (Excel)

    When Practitest generates a 'detail' report of tests, in Excel format, there are two blank columns on the left (A & B) and a lot of blank rows padding the report. These blanks waste space on the screen/ sheet when printing. I have to manually remove these every time, which wastes time. Please could you take them out of the default report ?

  15. Enable add a screenshot embedded in the text instead of as an attachment

    this will be useful when we would like to show what is the expected results for example or if there is an issue just take a screenshot and show it to our development team
    instead of having to save the screenshot and adding it to the issue ...

    this will be useful also for showing screenshots of the tests and expected results

  16. Add defect search functionality to Add Existing Issue to Test flow

    When linking a defect to an executed (failed) test, you do not always remember the defect ID. This is an annoying way to currently link defects.
    On the link existing issue step, it would help greatly if we could bring up a list of all defects and be able to sort and search them by date/title/description.

  17. Extend Auto Filter to User Type of fields

    Auto Filter is a really interesting feature, but is today limited to the "List" type, and some other types may be usable for this, such as "User" Type
    I actually created a User Custom field (Reviewer) and it would be interesting to provide a filter to the different reviewers for their current list of review to do...

    It would be also interesting (but may be more complicated) to be able to generate Auto filter based on Cross Filter based on Auto filter...

  18. Change Run Status to RUNNING for a Test set when one of its Instance is at RUNNING

    On the Test sets overview it is not possible to see if tests are automatically running. It would be nice to have the Run Statuts of a Test set at RUNNING when one of its Instance is at RUNNING.

  19. Ability to Select Range by holding down Shift Key

    I would like the ability to select a range of Tests by holding down the shift key and selecting the first and last item. This would really improve my productivity when working with large numbers of tests.
