Enable ability to add custom run statuses. Most important ones needed by my team are "Work In Progress" (or WIP), "Deferred", and "Canceled".

Get test instance order in a test set via the API
There are API endpoints for retrieving the test instances that belong to a particular test set, but there is no information about what order these tests should be in.
In the PractiTest UI it's possible to change the order of tests within a test set and have it saved at the
https://prod.practitest.com/p/{{project_id}}/sets/{{set_id}}/sort_instances
page, but there is no equivalent operation for getting or setting the order of tests from the API.3 votes -
Alias url with the name of my company for Practitest account
Right now the company URL, if I work in a project is just:
https://prod.practitest.com/p/<PROJECT_ID>/....
And if I'm in the account settings, it's:
https://prod.practitest.com/accounts/<ACCOUNT_ID>/settingsIs it possible to create the alias URL with the name of the account inside it?
Such as:

Numerical filter criteria should apply to list fields too
My use case is, that I have a list type field that I use for versioning. Version values are integers, but I need it as a list type field because I use auto filters for this field.
I also need to create a filter with Filter criteria, for example, versions that are "equal or greater" than a certain number. Right now, the list Criteria in the filter do not support it.1 vote -
Built-in recorder function in run steps
It would be awesome to have a recorder that can be used for capturing the screen actions while running the test.

Option to get the list of instances or runs from dashboard charts
When you click on a slice of a Pie Chart, or a column in a Bar Chart - if this is a chart of tests, test sets, requirements or issues, you'll get redirected to a filtered list related to this pie, or column.
It should also be possible to get with instances and runs.I understand it will look different, because in other cases the result looks like a filter and instances/runs don't have filters, but we still should get some sort of a list to work with.
This would be very useful

Allow access to expand the display size of text or value fields, so the entire contents can be read on the forms.
When adding custom value fields to the forms, users are unable to resize those fields in order to see the entire contents of the field. This enhancement would allow form admins to expand a text of drop-down field to display the entire text.

Add further text formatting to include strikethroughs in Issue Description and comments
Currently, the text formatting in issue descriptions includes no strikethrough ability. It would be nice to have this as, its easier to understand versus editing+deleting then saving, or making extra text to explain its no longer occurring if expected results, or something else changes.
For comments there is 0 formatting options

Get a quick access to extract data from any module.
I'm using the report feature to extract data, but sometime, what I would like to extract is only the table that is displayed when you select a filter.
It would be nice to get the option to extract this view in an excel format, instead of creating a (one shot) report and spend time to rework the format to create a table similar to what is displayed on the screen.3 votes -
Add the ability to add Task Lane field to columns in filters and Reports
I would like to be able to see the task lane values in filters and reports.
Currently you can't add task lane as a column.This is a sever limitation to the usefulness of the task lanes.

Instances also should have an Author field
It would be great to have a dedicated field with the name of the user who created an Instance in the Test Set.
Auto populated, like Author in Requirements, Tests, Test Sets, Issues.Something like "Added by" or "Created by"

Currently we can create a 2 way integration with Azure Devops, but only if Azure is on Cloud.

Ability to include PT fields as well as Jira fields in the bug raise screen
To help improve the filtering within PractiTest there are some fields that we want to only capture in PT. To help with this we want to ability to include both Jira and PT fields on the bug raise screen. Currently we need to go manually update the fields once the bug has been raised.

Add "+" and "-" for edited test case in history log
It would be better to see the changes in the test case history log when the test was updated by adding "+" (for addition) and "-" (for removal) signs in front of each change

Differentiate between tests and tests with failures that are due to existing issues versus newly identified issues
At a glance it's difficult for devs, PMs, or other users not in Practitest itself but using Jira integration to tell if a test case has failed because of something new to the ticket, or something already in the system. Some mark or color differentiation would be valuable in sorting the two.

Add more keyboard shortcuts please
I know there are many keyboard shortcuts available already, but there is always a place for something new :)
For example, there is a shortcut for a Search field, but only for the "search by keyword" one, the global search.
How about adding a shortcut for a "search by ID" field?1 vote
