Please improve Assembla integration
We purchased PractiTest with the assumption there is a one way integration with Assembla. We have had to turn this off as it creates more manual work for our team.
Please could you address:

Filtering on calendar periods
I need to create calendar period reports for management. It would be very useful if we had Last Calendar Week, This Calendar Week, Last Calendar Month, This Calendar Month, This Year, Last Year, etc. as options for filtering. Currently, you need to do this as a range of dates each time.

Create tickets via E-mail for specific groups and people
It would be great if while we are creating tickets via e-mail, we would be able to assign them to specific support group or selected colleagues. We could have template that requester has to fill in, for example with name of person they want to assign it to. Then during ticket creation Practi Test would would automatically generate ticket for mentioned person.I believe it will greatly improve response time for users who are contacting their support via e-mail via Practi Test. It will also decrease amount of time spent on sorting tickets and re-assigning them to correct people.

Dependently visible custom fields
Like dependent lists it would be good to have custom fields that only appear (are visible) if an item is selected in a list. This reduces the number of custom fields that the user needs to select.
For example, if the selection in a list is "other" make a text field visible to enter the custom whatever. Otherwise show a dependent list.

Be able to upload attachments via API when sending results from automated testing
Sending results directly from the API right after an execution of a test ends would be useful to have more information about each test run.
Eg using selenium+python, you first create a junit xml report after the execution and then post it to PractiTest through the API request, so that you won't have to add it manually yourself.

Make the 'Save & Close' option default per account
At the moment the 'Save Changes' option is a default one, we would like to have the 'Save & Close' as default within our account. Can you add an option to enable this per account?

Provide templates to save criteria for future use
I would like to be able to save criteria/views, etc.s throughout the application. When I create a filter for projects I select the same criteria for each filter I create. I would like the ability to save it, so I do not have to select the fields each time. The same for the column views on instances and the fields selected for reports. This also would need to available across projects.

provide the ability to create a subtask inside JIRA to the JIRA associated with the test case
When we find an issue testing for a specific JIRA we create subtasks under that jira. Practitest is creating new JIRA but not subtasks so we have to go back in and update each JIRA to assign it correctly. This should be an option in configuration.

Links in Practitest that redirect out of the system should be opened in a new tab
When I import Requirements from Pivotal, we use that Integration, or I create a new test linked to a Requirement, it is pretty nice that I have the link to the requirement. But, when I click on the Requirement link, I got out of Practitest and redirected in the same tab, to the Requirement.
For a better User Experience, and it is a standard in Web Design, when you link to sites that are not under your system, they are opened in a new tab. I don't want to go out from my Test ticket in Practitest but I want…1 voteIdo Tandy responded

Report inactive users
Have a report showing the users that have not logged in for a configurable amount of time.
For example, all users that have not logged in for the last 3 months.

Auto save Assigner when "Run Now" on TestSet
On Test Set view there is an option to assign to specific Tester. In order to do it you need to choose Tester and Save view. So if you want to run a test set you need to: 1. assign it to yourself 2. save 3. run. I think step 3 is not needed. Run Now could also save changes or at least Assigner.
