  1. Add a way to search for comments made in actual results I want to be able to search for words in actual results section using search box

    I want to be able to search for comments that I put in a test in the actual results section using the search bar for instance if I put in the actual results that the login button was greyed out I want to be able to type in the search box login button was greyed out and have the search return the test(s) that include that verbiage within the test wherever it is written including the actual results section of the test(s)

  3. Ability to Select Range by holding down Shift Key

    I would like the ability to select a range of Tests by holding down the shift key and selecting the first and last item. This would really improve my productivity when working with large numbers of tests.

  5. Implement a way to avoid duplicate tests in test sets

    I know the use case for adding a test more than once to a test set (for using parameters)

    However what I often do is

    Filter: V1.9

    Add 50 test cases
    Add some to a test set (not necessarily all)
    Add 10 more test cases
    Go to the test set to add some of these cases -- I'd like a checkbox to show ONLY tests that are NOT already in the test set

    Otherwise its really easy to create duplicate test instances in the test set when I just wanted to add the new ones in

  7. Make the 'Save & Close' option default per account

    At the moment the 'Save Changes' option is a default one, we would like to have the 'Save & Close' as default within our account. Can you add an option to enable this per account?

  8. Ability to get the detail of a comment by API or Webhook

    It would be nice if we can get the detail of a comment by API or Webhook.
    Right now it seems possible to get the update on a comment by Webhook, but not in detail.

  9. When creating a Run dashboard item, allow to select Instances/Testsets/Tests fields vfor axis

    Currently when we create dashboard item for Instances, we can select fields from Testsets, and Tests
    When we create the same item for Runs, only run fields appear. Can we also enable such thing for the Run dashboard items? Including the instance fields.

  10. Drop images or docuemnts in description

    Hello,
    Attachements are quite painful to add: this is click-click-click ... We should be able to add images or documents in the description. Images would appear in the description, so we wouldn't have to re-click to see it real sized.

    Additionnaly we don't understand why we can't see the description of the test while executing test cases . Is it intentionnal ? Thanks !

    The option to drag & drop files into the description will be supported in the new forms UI we are working on these days. The test set / Issues form already have this option - soon all items will have it as well

  11. Change Run Status to RUNNING for a Test set when one of its Instance is at RUNNING

    On the Test sets overview it is not possible to see if tests are automatically running. It would be nice to have the Run Statuts of a Test set at RUNNING when one of its Instance is at RUNNING.

  13. Create possibility of adding "parameterized values"

    Create possibility of adding parameterized values to test cases or steps and generation of new cases from predefined csv lists with values for these parameters. FYI This feature exist in QAComplete :)

  15. Add the ability to add custom fields and modify columns for Test Instances Run History

    Right now, we only have:
    - "Run date"
    - "Status"
    - "Tester"

    whenever we look at the test run history for instances. It'd be neat to have the option to add custom fields so we can better track previous runs.

    For example: I want to be able to add "Commit hash" and "branch" to test instances run history so I can see the last GitHub commit that was tested.

  16. Permutation of a test set

    While creating a Permutation of a test set, after selecting all the field values of the new permutation and clicking on the Next button. On the next page, I get a list of all permutations which can only be selected but not editable. It will be good if the user can also edit it and give a Test Set name whatever suits. Because this feature is not available currently, I have to create the Test Set first and then edit it to change the test set name which suits my requirements.

  17. Print entities with images

    With the "Print" feature, we can print or create a pdf file of selected items like requirements.
    It would be nice if the attached images are included in the pdf, not a link or the name of the image.

  18. Please make it possible to update a Run of after each step via the API, rather than just at the end.

    I have tests with many, many steps in them. Some of the steps take many minutes to complete. It would be very useful if I could update the execution status/results/attachments of particular steps via the API.

    Possibly via a PUT request to the appropriate step instance, or maybe to the Run instance.

  19. Generate Reports from "Test sets & Runs"

    Sometimes we need to create a fast report just for one Test and/or Test Set.

    Would be great allow the generation of a Report directly after the execution of the test, without a filter in order to select just one Test, or Test Set, adding a report action into the Test Instances options or similar.

  20. Allow parameters to pull values from custom fields or value lists

    Parameters and permutations are great, but frustratingly separate. It would be good to allow parameters to use values defined in a list for a custom field, or a new artifact for this purpose. Maybe they could also be passed inline with the parameter instantiation:
