While we won’t support directly linking a Test Set to a Story in Jira, this will be handled through an alternative approach. You’ll be able to integrate requirements (such as Stories) from Jira into PractiTest, and then link Test Sets to those requirements within PractiTest. As a result, the Jira panel will display the associated Test Sets, providing full visibility from within Jira

Thank you for your feedback. We’re not aware of any issues with previewing the test area—it should be working as expected. Please switch to the new UI (Avatar → Switch to New UI) and try using nested lists following Markdown best practices (unordered lists with spaces for sub-levels). If it does not working - Please open as a bug to our support

The new UI supports multi‑level bullets in various rich text fields. Please see the attachment below—is this what you were looking for? You can create these lists using the unordered list icon + spaces for the lower levels- just like other Markdown fields; this is industry standard. Please update if this answer your request.
