  2. Facing error while installing plugin in jira

    Hey team,
    As an Atlassian admin, I tried to install the Practitest plugin from the Atlassian marketplace. I'm facing an error like "Unfortunately, we’re facing a technical issue with the partner. You can contact the partner to know more about the issue."

  4. Including the "Expected Result" for all steps in the description of a new issue created via "Fail & Issue."

    Currently, the auto-generated description for a new issue created via "Fail & Issue" includes only the Expected Result for the failed step. We would like it to include the Expected Results for all steps leading up to the failure as well.

  5. When internal issue is created in ClickUp, add a Practitest link to its description

    When we push internal issue in Practitest to ClickUp, sometimes we want to see the Practitest side after we saw the ClickUp side, to see the internal fields and data/etc. The problem is, that we have no link that leads to Practitest side.

    We can search by the ID, but it's less convenient because IDs of ClickUp tickets are too long, in Jira it's easier.

    It would be great if once you push the internal ticket to ClickUp, a link to the internal side would automatically be added to the description from ClickUp side. Like a link to the run…

  6. Rename screenshots in test runs via UI

    Testers would like to be able to upload screenshots in the test run using CTRL+V and then to be able to rename them using PractiTest UI. This feature is available in forms version 3 for issues but I can't find a way in the test runs.

  7. Issues sort order set in filter settings

    I cannot set a filter sort order when editing the filter. I would like to change this to be by fields other than the ID number e.g. by default sort by Priority

  9. Loading test set with active filters does not apply them

    I've noticed that when viewing a test set with filters applied, reloading the view does not apply the filters and instead shows all test sets unfiltered. The filter state is saved, but not applied until clicking one of the column filter buttons and selecting "Apply" again. Reloading a test set page should apply current filters.

  10. Enable LinkedList for Multi Select List fields.

    We have many use cases to have linked list for Multi select list filed. Here are a couple of scenarios to illustrate the need:

    1. Mapping test cases to multiple product teams based on their Product Group.
    2. Mapping test cases to multiple modules based on the technology stack.

  12. Make it possible to browse history of edit in dashboard settings

    Now every one who have Administrator role can update setting of dashboard.
    Our team have several number of Administrators and it is not easy to know who update dashboard config.

    Dashboard would be one keystones around management in PractiTest and situation above is not happy in overall management when using PractiTest.

    It would nice to have feature of browsing history of edit in dashboard settings.

  16. Auto save Assigner when "Run Now" on TestSet

    On Test Set view there is an option to assign to specific Tester. In order to do it you need to choose Tester and Save view. So if you want to run a test set you need to: 1. assign it to yourself 2. save 3. run. I think step 3 is not needed. Run Now could also save changes or at least Assigner.

  17. Enhance the PractiTest Zap on Zapier.

    Currently, the PT zap can only Create a requirements or Run. Creating and updating issues actions are also important when it is integrated with other tools. Enhance the current zap to include custom fields and tags.

  18. Add support to fetch child filter summary in main filter api

    Like I have filter1 and filter2, filter3 as a child filter of filter 1. If we can give a summary of filter2 and filter3 in filter1 API request.
