  2. Jira cloud migration

    Hello,

    We will migrate from Jira Data center to cloud. In this process, we want to test the practitest connection for cloud. What path can we follow? What will happen to the data in the old issues during the migration process? Also what will change in this process?

  3. Add ability to do instances filter in dashboards and reports

    As a user, I would like to report on instances using an instance filter. For example, I want to filter instances that were 'Last run' in the last 7 days.

  4. Milestones column in the grid should show the milestone name and not milestone ID

    As a user, I want to be able to see the milestone name in the grid, instead of milestone ID.
    Also I want to have an ability to use this value for sorting and filtering in the grid

  8. Enable updating "Duration Estimate" field via the API Test PUT request

  9. Linked entities in grids

    When you use grids to view linked requirements, tests or issues in grids, they don't appear in numeric order. This can be confusing if trying to compare which lines in the grid have which linked items...
    I would suggest they should be in numeric order.

  12. Better filtering in search functionality - per specific fields in the results.

    As a user, I'd like to be able to see the results of my search and not "guess" in which field my keyword was found. For example, if I search for a certain keyword in a Test Description, I'll get the Tests in which this keyword appears in Title, Description, and all kinds of system/custom fields. Sometimes I need to check manually more than 50 Tests and this is quite inconvenient.
    Another scenario would be - if I search for the keyword that would appear in Title, I also get the results of all Tests in which this keyword appears…

  13. Allow users to rename auto filters

    Auto Filters are a great idea, however, the default name limits their usage.
    I know that the Auto Filter is unique on the same level of the hierarchy, yet, I want to let my Test Managers decide how to name them.

    Plus, there might be a confusing situation in which someone creates an Auto Filter and makes it private - then another user cannot create such Auto Filter at all and gets a "name is already taken" message, which is confusing.

  14. Adding "Search" feature in the Test Library

    Adding "Search" within the Test Library helps testers to goto particular test by typing the name of the test case for example in Zephyr tool it is very easy to search test cases within the library by typing the name nit full name though it will filter and show the list of test cases on that name and we can add them instantly to the Test Cycle which is very easy.

    In PractiTest when we type any word related to Test Cases it is not even filtering nor showing test cases on that particular name.

  15. Be able to rename files directly when using "Press ctrl+v to paste"

    When we paste a print screen as a file, the name is by default image.png. Sometimes we paste more then one and it would be good to be able to change the name to something more meaningful. Now we have to save it before loading it if we want to show a name for the file.

    Compatible version of PractiTest for JIRA - Test Management(3.0.13) for Jira 9.4.1 version.

    Hi Team, We recently upgraded our Jira instance to 9.4.1 but the PractiTest for JIRA - Test Management is not Compatible with the newer version of Jira.
    Many users are not able to use/link the issues from pactitest to Jira. The integration is stopped working.

  17. Pie charts in test set should have percentage too

    Right now pie charts in each test set (Steps graph and instances graph), show numbers only.
    I would be very useful if they start using percentages too, like Pie charts you can create on Dashboard

    In order to start a new test run, it is important to know which issues were documented in the last run.
    I would like to see the result field of the last run in the current run.
    Maybe as a shadowed text in the result field or a link with a tooltip preview.

    Dynamic temporary filters (i.e. a search function), especially for the Test Library. "Goto <Thing>..." requires you to already know the ID of <Thing>, and can't be used to quickly find a related <Thing>
