Do not show successfully saved if nothing was changed

Do not show successfully saved message/bubble if nothing was changed, instead show a bubble saying that there are no changes to save. Might sound unimportant but it's a "Quality of life" UX improvement in a way.

    Thank you for your feedback. Please switch to the New UI (Avatar → Switch to New UI). The New UI includes improved forms where the issues you encountered no longer occur. The save option only appears when changes are done.
