Reformat the input test step to look more like a spread sheet
When inputting steps to a test it would be nice to make the input form more like a spreadsheet for ease. tabbing down (or moving down) to a new line will increment the test step number and make it more user friendly.

Add users to project via drop down list versus e-mail
Be able to select users for a project already in the system without typing their e-mail address , just by selecting the drop down list of their names.

Run of Tests: Add a 'Skip Test' button to go to the next test in the ordered list
Currently my options are:
Run Test - this is the one I want to skip
Go Back to Test Set - an extra step and user unfriendly
or
Go Back to Test in Library
I just want to skip this one test in the order and go to the one after (or 2 after it)2 votes -

Allow Linking an Existing Issue to an Exploratory Test
The Link Existing Issue functionality from normal Test Runs is not available when running an ET -- it would be hugely helpful if it was.

Is there a way we can track or have a log when a user deletes a requirement/test case/test set/issue?

Kindly note that the deletion notifications are added to Personal Settings. Thus you will be always notified if someone deleted entities.

Add Issue Status to PractiTest API
Currently, the issue status cannot be changed via an API. This will help integration between issues and different tools.

Create views based on Run 'custom fields'
You can create custom fields against the run entity. Ive created 'Cycle', as my tests might be run in more than one cycle, and the results for each cycle need to be reported separately. However, you can't currently create a view over Runs, or use the custom fields created on the run entity in the selection criteria for creating views against Tests.

Allow graph legend to be moved
Sometimes the legend on a dashboard graph is placed right over the graph so you can't see the bars clearly. It might be possible to avoid this if you could specify where the legend should appear (top left, top right etc.) or if that is not possible just have graphs without legends.

Add licence limiter and administration
If you are administrator for a project you may not know how many spare licences are available and there is no way of stopping an administrator from adding more users beyond the terms of the licence. To manage this, it would be better if the "add user" function were disabled once the quota was reached. We could then take an action to remove existing users or increase the licence. To facilitate this the licence payer (account representative) would need to get a report showing users allocated to each project. This could be done by giving a special log-on ID (not…
