As a practitest user, when adding/inserting a step during a test run, I would like to be defaulted in edit mode. I currently have to click 'edit' on an empty test step in order to modify it, then click update

Acceptance Criteria: During a test run, a user click on 'add a step' and be able to add input directly with out the need of any other 'clicks'

Data is saved correctly upon clicking 'update'

Data is persisted to original test case upon clicking 'update original test'
