Allow input of test case names and steps in one import
Instead of creating test case name and then importing the steps it would be HIGHLY preferable to import both the step name and steps at the same time.

Make distribution table title by X and Y
When you add a distribution table to the dashboard the title says something like "Issue Distribution by Status". However, the distribution table is a 2-way classification so it would be helpful if it had both in the title e.g. "Issue Distribution by Status and Severity". I recently set up a field called Severity that could easily be confused with the one called Priority so it is important to see exactly what is being reported.

Generate report of users in each project
If you have a number of projects and users it is difficult keeping track of who has access to each project. I would like to go into Account Settings and generate a report as a table with users (rows) and projects (columns) showing who is assigned to each project. Before adding new users it would be quite easy to see if existing users could be moved off projects. This suggestion is related to the suggestion "Add licence limiter and administration".

Allow to set Instance custom fields values be inherited from their TestSet
I have a field "Product Area" that I set for the TestSet. In Dashboards reports though, I don't get much value from showing the Product Area by TestSet, I want to see it by Instance.
Having my testers to set this field again and again for every test instance is an unnecessary overhead.4 votesHi,
Kindly note that you don’t need to ask your testers to set this field for test instances anymore as we have added the ability to generate reports and dashboard graphs for Test Instances with taking fields’ values from Tests and Test Sets.
Just select Test: or TestSet: when creating reports and graphs.
Thanks,

Pie charts in test set should have percentage too
Right now pie charts in each test set (Steps graph and instances graph), show numbers only.
I would be very useful if they start using percentages too, like Pie charts you can create on Dashboard4 votes -
Adding "Search" feature in the Test Library
Adding "Search" within the Test Library helps testers to goto particular test by typing the name of the test case for example in Zephyr tool it is very easy to search test cases within the library by typing the name nit full name though it will filter and show the list of test cases on that name and we can add them instantly to the Test Cycle which is very easy.
In PractiTest when we type any word related to Test Cases it is not even filtering nor showing test cases on that particular name.

Make dashboard refresh more frequently than every 15 mins
As the dashboard refreshes only every 15 minutes it is difficult to see the effect of new tests and issues being added. This could hamper the effective communication of issues and cause deleays in getting them fixed. It would be better if the dashboard could be kept in synch or at least there could be a refresh button.
3 votesAn “Update dashboard now” link was added to the dashboard.

Preview dashboard widgets immediately after creation
Currently, I have to create a dashboard widget then navigate to the dashboard screen to see the result. If it is not what I expected, I have to return to the dashboard configuration screen to modify the widget and start the test cycle (of the widget) over again. It would be nice to configure the widget, then click a Preview button to see what will be shown on the dashboard.

Custom email subjects
As you know, notifications from Practitest are generally formatted as follows:
Practitest Notification: <Entity> No. <X>: <Entity Title> - <Reason for email>It would be nice to either have that shortened and rearranged as follows:
Practitest: <Entity>#<X>: <Reason for email> - <Entity Title>
--OR--
Allow users to customize the format of the subject line on notification emails.
The subject of an email is not afforded a significant amount of space in my email client <MS Outlook>. This means I have to open emails in order to see the entire subject line. It would be nice to at least see the…
