    Hi,

Please note that the new Report Center supports this ability.

Please go to Reports, to access it.

    Thanks

  4. As the dashboard refreshes only every 15 minutes it is difficult to see the effect of new tests and issues being added. This could hamper the effective communication of issues and cause deleays in getting them fixed. It would be better if the dashboard could be kept in synch or at least there could be a refresh button.

  7. Currently, I have to create a dashboard widget then navigate to the dashboard screen to see the result. If it is not what I expected, I have to return to the dashboard configuration screen to modify the widget and start the test cycle (of the widget) over again. It would be nice to configure the widget, then click a Preview button to see what will be shown on the dashboard.

  8. As you know, notifications from Practitest are generally formatted as follows:
    Practitest Notification: <Entity> No. <X>: <Entity Title> - <Reason for email>

It would be nice to either have that shortened and rearranged as follows:

    Practitest: <Entity>#<X>: <Reason for email> - <Entity Title>

    --OR--

Allow users to customize the format of the subject line on notification emails.

The subject of an email is not afforded a significant amount of space in my email client <MS Outlook>. This means I have to open emails in order to see the entire subject line. It would be nice to at least see the…

    Hi,

Please note that you can add users to multiple projects by going to the Account Settings – Manage Users – Batch add to projects.

    Best regards,
    Christine

  13. Currently it is impossible to integrate 1 PractiTest project to multiple projects in Jira.

  16. As a practitest user, when adding/inserting a step during a test run, I would like to be defaulted in edit mode. I currently have to click 'edit' on an empty test step in order to modify it, then click update

Acceptance Criteria: During a test run, a user click on 'add a step' and be able to add input directly with out the need of any other 'clicks'

Data is saved correctly upon clicking 'update'

Data is persisted to original test case upon clicking 'update original test'

    Hi,

Kindly note that from now on you are able to create a report of type ‘tabular with steps’ displaying tests with their steps from the specific filter by using the new Reporting module.

To access it, please go to Reports. Please note that the reports can be downloaded as Excel and data will reside in the second sheet.

Thanks and have a great week!

    Best regards,
    Christine

  18. Add the ability to make custom fields appear based on the input in other fields. For example, we have a custom list field called component that we use for grouping test items by feature. It would be helpful to have additional parameter fields appear if the tester selects a certain component.

    Hi Scott,

Kindly note that this feature request was completed and you can get notifications about creation as well.

    Best regards,
    Christine

  20. Allow the creation of a Test directly from the Requirement.

The test will be related to the requirement automatically to expedite the process.

    Hi Angela,

This feature is already in the system. Go to any requirements, in the traceability tab, in the section of LINKED TESTS, there is a button called Add New that does exactly what you are asking for.

    Thanks,
