Custom email subjects
As you know, notifications from Practitest are generally formatted as follows:
Practitest Notification: <Entity> No. <X>: <Entity Title> - <Reason for email>
It would be nice to either have that shortened and rearranged as follows:
Practitest: <Entity>#<X>: <Reason for email> - <Entity Title>
--OR--
Allow users to customize the format of the subject line on notification emails.
The subject of an email is not afforded a significant amount of space in my email client <MS Outlook>. This means I have to open emails in order to see the entire subject line. It would be nice to at least see the reason for the email before the title of the entity. That would allow me to quickly scroll through the notifications and decide whether I need to be concerned with the contents of the message.

Hi,
I agree, we should defer between the two notifications: when a test is updated, and when a test is started or failed. The difference would be in the subject line.thanks for the feedback.

To clarify, the following is an example email subject from a Practitest notification:
PractiTest Notification: Test No. 1611 - Customizing the Pick List Report without any additional fields - Test was started
I consider 'Test was started' to be the <Reason for email>
Thank you for your help with this.

Hi,
Actually the <Reason for email> part is not in the email subject at all, but within the email itself. My guess is that MS-Outlook somehow shows you a preview, in whatever can fit in that window.
So this is what we've done (will be updated in the next update). Instead of "PractiTest <Entity> #<X>:<Entity Title>", it's going to be "PT <Entity> <X>:<Entity Title>". So we saved 9 characters, and we hope MS-Outlook will now show you the whole reason in its preview. It would be also better for mobile users, that their subject line is already very limited.
