Add Test directly from a Requirement and link them together at the same time
Add Test directly from a Requirement and link them for traceability at the same time. When we create our tests they are based on the content of particular requirements so it would provide a much faster way to develop test coverage and prevent from have to search to associate them together afterwards.

Clone test in test editing and search results screen
How do you clone one test? Currently you have to (1) do a search, (2) identify the ID of the test, (3) then go to the test library, (4) navigate to the page where the test can be found and (5) clone the test. Please mind that step 4 may involve trying several pages before you hit the one where the test is listed. This is not very practical. Therefore I propose that a "Clone this test" link or button is added to two places:
1. The search results page and;
2. The General tab of the test editing screen.…

Optimize dashboard layout
The current dashboard layout has a huge empty space because (I'm guessing here) of the "Customize dashboard" hiperlink. As a consequence of this, the first line of graphs has only one graph instead of two, and this graph on is a bit offset to the right and therefore not aligned with the left graph on the second line. All these issues can be removed improve by simply transferring the mentioned hiperlink to the blue line which is part of the dashboard tab.

Generate report of users in each project
If you have a number of projects and users it is difficult keeping track of who has access to each project. I would like to go into Account Settings and generate a report as a table with users (rows) and projects (columns) showing who is assigned to each project. Before adding new users it would be quite easy to see if existing users could be moved off projects. This suggestion is related to the suggestion "Add licence limiter and administration".

Allow input of test case names and steps in one import
Instead of creating test case name and then importing the steps it would be HIGHLY preferable to import both the step name and steps at the same time.

Rollback an importation
Currently the importing process imports whatever records are correct and provides information regarding the records that couldn't be imported. Although this is fine, the user is then left with two options:
1. Cut and paste the failed records from the original file, correct them and try importing the new fileor
- Delete all imported records, correct the original file and repeat the importing process.
I propose adding a functionality which would allow the user to rollback the last imported records, allowing him to correct the whole original file and retry. This would allow the imported test cases (for instance) to…

Add Parameters columns to the "Test Instances" tables in the "Test Set"
Using parameters will save users test sets maintenance and duplications.
Problem is that in the current view – when running same test several times in a test set using different parameters , user has to manually enter each and every test to learn what are the specific parameters required for that specific test. Having the parameters shown in the "Test Instances" tables will solve the above issue (as user will have a clear view of the differences between the test instances),eliminate duplications of same tests run w/ same parameters and better filtering.5 votes -
Make distribution table title by X and Y
When you add a distribution table to the dashboard the title says something like "Issue Distribution by Status". However, the distribution table is a 2-way classification so it would be helpful if it had both in the title e.g. "Issue Distribution by Status and Severity". I recently set up a field called Severity that could easily be confused with the one called Priority so it is important to see exactly what is being reported.

Need to expand the size of the screen so i can see the test cases I am selecting
From the testSets->TestInstance->test case selection screen, the section of the test case selection screen size is just too small and is not workable. there needs to be more space for me to view the tests I am selecting

Add the ability to track issues (steps that failed and have open issues) on test set that was cloned

Ability to select what fields should be included in a (detailed) report.
Currently if I create a detailed test report it shows all fields even if I want them hidden from the report (eg: test case revision history and other custom fields not relevant for that report)

When click on "Save change" you always redirect to "general" under test
If you click on Save Changes under any tab at Test, you always redirect to General tab.
Please change it that you will stay at the same tab.3 votesYou now will return to the steps tabs if you had been there.
it also works faster. -
Make dashboard refresh more frequently than every 15 mins
As the dashboard refreshes only every 15 minutes it is difficult to see the effect of new tests and issues being added. This could hamper the effective communication of issues and cause deleays in getting them fixed. It would be better if the dashboard could be kept in synch or at least there could be a refresh button.

make testing progress graph available on dashboard
There is a testing progress graph in the test library stats section showing tests passed, failed etc. over time. It would be really useful to have this type of graph available to add to the dashboard.

it is available now on dashboard. Find more information about that here:

Add licence limiter and administration
If you are administrator for a project you may not know how many spare licences are available and there is no way of stopping an administrator from adding more users beyond the terms of the licence. To manage this, it would be better if the "add user" function were disabled once the quota was reached. We could then take an action to remove existing users or increase the licence. To facilitate this the licence payer (account representative) would need to get a report showing users allocated to each project. This could be done by giving a special log-on ID (not…
1 voteThe main feature to see the number of users per project is available on the Account Settings menu. The ability to manage a quota will be reviewed as a possible future addition
