Add licence limiter and administration
If you are administrator for a project you may not know how many spare licences are available and there is no way of stopping an administrator from adding more users beyond the terms of the licence. To manage this, it would be better if the "add user" function were disabled once the quota was reached. We could then take an action to remove existing users or increase the licence. To facilitate this the licence payer (account representative) would need to get a report showing users allocated to each project. This could be done by giving a special log-on ID (not a full licence) to the account representative just to get a listing of users. This function could possibly be expanded to allow them to approve the addition of users beyond the existing quota.
The main feature to see the number of users per project is available on the Account Settings menu. The ability to manage a quota will be reviewed as a possible future addition
