Add the ability to add customize filters in the table grid also in "All Tests".
We need to show up fields in all tests grid view and drop-down list on column caption with all options / to customize the table view. According to selected option grid view will be filtered.
Ability to create predefined custom filters in left side is not good for me since it is relevant only to a specific sub-filter (All Tests will present all filters / customize filters).3 votesHi Haim,

We have reviewed the request and unfortunately have to decline it as did not detect enough reasoning behind it.
Kindly note that you can create filters in the ‘filters’ section that won’t be sub-filters and will include all tests residing in the Test Library as you are not obliged to put filter criteria when creating a filter and you can choose only custom fields to display if needed.

Support "Save As" or cloning of filters
This would make it easy to base new filters of existing one without having to redo parts such as which fields are shown in filter results and how they are sorted.
2 votesWe are not currently planning to add this feature. Instead, we recommend to use our Auto Filters, which now have an additional hierarchy level and soon will be available for Multi List and Linked List types of fields.
With the Auto Filters, you'll be able to organize your data using Filter trees with less effort . -
"Root Cause " field should shld be added.
It will be good if "Issues" are supplemented by Root Cause for it. This will help in giving proper justification in while creating Metrics or say Client report.

Group issues in tests and test-sets in case of there is an issue repeating itself in steps or test instances.

We are looking at keeping the workflow effective yet simple, and so we are not planning on adding this feature

Update Run Status after execution
Sometimes we don't find some errors on execution time, and they are discovered later (by the client or others). We need to link that Issue to an already executed Run Status and also update the status to FAIL. Currently it cannot be done without the creation of another test set and/or a different execution.
Maybe it could be added as a PractiTest Labs option. On that way we can decided if we allow or not this feature.

According to the scenario you described it seems to be a new run (execution) as you/your team members detected the issue after the previous run.
Having said that if you prefer to change run status and to link the issue, you can always get back to a previous run and made according changes (when you are entering a Test Set – test instance – you will see runs of this instance that you can enter again if you wish).

Have parent requirement "inherit" the aggregated status of their children
If you are using hierarchical requirement, make the status of a parent requirement be the aggregation of the status of it's children.

Thanks for your feature request.
In PractiTest we strongly recommend customers to use Custom Filters (https://www.practitest.com/help/settings/custom-filters/) that allow to sort information in every module: the Requirements module, the Test Library, the Test Sets & Runs module and the Issues module.
Also we allow to add all tests residing under a specific filter to a Test Set.

Each time steps are saved, the browser automatically rolled up to the first steps
It is a bit annoying to scroll back down again...
B.T.W - After "Remove step" is done, this "Auto Roll" does not occur.
Please do the same for the "Save Changes".

allow additional user defineable status for test cases
It would be nice to have another status for test cases that are not able to be tested and need to be flagged for testing at the customer site.
