  1. As an Admin, I Need the Ability to Add Values to Same Field Across All Projects

    I have many of the same custom fields in all my projects. When I need to add a new value, I want to be able to add that value in one place and have it propagate to the custom field in All my Projects. Ex. Release field - Planning releases for each month, why create 2025-01 in all my projects. Let me have one master field that populated all my projects.

  2. Enable mapping of Select List (Cascading) Jira field type

    Jira field type "Select List (Cascading)" works like Parent List+Linked List sequence in PractiTest :

    A has it value of B, C, D
    E has it value of F,G,H
    If I select E, it will show the choices F,G,H.

    Please enable mapping of this field to PractiTest fields of List+Linked List pair

  3. Filtering dashboard tab by field values should be available for External Dashboards as well

    External user should be able, like internal one, to choose the value of the field of the dashboard tab if the "Filter by" option is defined on this tab

  5. Open issues per test set

    Create a new tab (next to History) in the test set that shows a list of open issues linked to test instances in the test set.
    The linked issues column is not useful when there are a large number of instances and the bold/faded text for the issue number is confusing.
    A simple list of issues that can be sorted by priority lets me know what needs addressing and I can go into each bug.

  6. Add PDF Download Option to Instance (Test Execution) Tabular Summary Report

    Currently, the "Create Report" section within the Instance (Test Execution) tabular summary only supports downloading reports in Excel format. To enhance usability and support broader documentation needs, we request the addition of a PDF export option. This would allow users to generate more portable, presentation-ready reports directly from the platform without requiring external conversion tools.

  9. provide different indication for fixed/close issues

    In case an issue related to test we will see a "green bug" indication.
    I think for better test planning you should provide different indication for open/fixed/close issues so I will now if to run this test and its priority.

    Generally better correlation between Issues and test sets is needed.

  11. expend the search feature when adding a test to a test run

    When adding tests to a test run you can either select from the entire list of tests or run a pre made filter. It would be nice if this had a few more options such as:

    • Free form search
    • Select Tests from an existing run
    • Pick a Folder to add tests from

  12. Fields template

    I'm working on tests for new feature.
    I do not want to fill ALL fields every time I create new test, most of the are the same.
    User wants to have an ability to create templates with predefined field values.
    Option to make them private/public will also be nice.

  14. Add a button or something obvious to Finish executing a test instead of clicking 'return to test set'

    I can never be sure that when I have finished testing that I should just click the link and it will save my results.

  15. have in jira (per requirement) fields with the number of tests passed&failed out of total tests in the relevant test set.

    today's jira integration shows the test library per requirement. we need to testing status of the requirement in jira (passed and failed out of total tests in the set relevant for the requirement)

  17. Disable defaulted creation of New View for every cloned test

    Go to Test Library, check some test, click on "Clone Tests" and check the status of "Create a New View that will contain all the cloned Tests:" checkbox.

    Expected result: Unchecked.
    Actual result: Checked.

    Currently Test Library available fields are:
    Id, Folder, Name, Status, Run Status, Last Run, Last Modified, Steps count and Actions.

  19. New Zap: create tasks on Kanbanery, Trello or other on Test Set creation

    With new Zapier integration it would be great to add new trigger: when new Test Set is created it is send as a task to one of the boards like Kanbanery, Trello or other. Where to send can be based on List field in Test Set to allow flexibility.
