  2. The Delete Filter button has no confirmation and just deletes filters instantly. Very likely for a misclick to have very bad consequences. Could you add confirmation question (Are you sure -> YES/NO). Also could implement an information email, which will inform the user who own this filter that this filter

    has been deleted.

    Hi Maria,

We would like to update you that your feature request is completed and now available in PractiTest.
When you click on the delete button in Filters, a confirmation window pops up in order to confirm the deletion.

    Best regards,
    Itai

    Hi,

Kindly note that we added the ‘Save’ keyboard shortcut to the tool. Thus you will be able to use it within entities instead of pressing the button.

Thanks and have a nice day!

    Best regards,
    Christine

  4. It would be really helpful if the users can generate the detailed report using the filters present in test set, example, generating a detailed test report only for the blocked test cases from a particular test set

  5. Custom Fields can store important stuff from past and present executions. Currently there is no confirmation when deleting them. If you missclick you may deleted not the field you want and loose data. Additional confirmation should be added to increase safety here.

  7. We are managing our test cases with Tabular report with Requirement matrix. Detail matrix report is very large and confusing. It would be possible to add Tracebility option in Tabular Type reports.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your patience.

Kindly note that we have recently released this type of report. Please go to Reports – New Report – Requirement entity – Tabular Traceability.

    Thanks,
    Yaniv

  9. Currently only "Pass all Steps" option is available on execution.
Would be great if we could do that for whatever execution status.

  10. Right now every team has multiple sprints and we have created a custom field as sprint of type list. In that, we have list items as [28, 29, 30] like that. Now to display each of these sprints with filters we have to create a filter for each one of them. Can there be a process to autogenerate these filters?. Otherwise, the process becomes very manual and cumbersome

    Hi Sandaru,

    Thanks for contacting us.

Probably there is a small misunderstanding here.

Kindly note that in case you would like to see steps of the test case residing in the Test Library, you need to enter it in the Test Library and go to its Steps tab.

In case you ran a test case and would like to see steps residing in a specific run, please enter the run itself.

In addition sending you screenshots by email.

    Best regards,
    Christine

  14. Currently it looks like which ever custom filed is linked to an entity appears left most in tests in a test run. Allow custom fields to be ordered.

Why - I want to put important, or most used, fields to the left.

    Hi Robert,

Kindly note that you can re-order custom fields by going to Settings – Fields – Custom Fields Display Order Customization: – select relevant entity and set order you wish.

    Thanks
    Christine

  15. Allow a test set to be created with test cases with custom variables set from parameters.

I want to create a test run/set that runs a single test case of different OSs or combinations of products. It is great to add the OSs and products as lists. Now I want to run all combinations.

Important - I want to be able to search my test runs by custom variables. When did we last run test N on OS X and products A-B?

  17. Like the current ability to add attachments to Tests, would like to ability to add documents to Test Set Pages so that a suite of tests also has accompanying documentation in 1 spot.

  19. Question #22 has "B+C are correct" as the B option, so it doesn't make sense to choose that one, yet the test results say that it should have been selected.

  20. Currently the importing process imports whatever records are correct and provides information regarding the records that couldn't be imported. Although this is fine, the user is then left with two options:
    1. Cut and paste the failed records from the original file, correct them and try importing the new file

    or

    1. Delete all imported records, correct the original file and repeat the importing process.

I propose adding a functionality which would allow the user to rollback the last imported records, allowing him to correct the whole original file and retry. This would allow the imported test cases (for instance) to…
