add the ability to duplicate filters
it would be very useful if we can duplicate the filters (instead of re creating them every time ) in case we need them in several places.

We are not currently planning to add this feature. Instead, we recommend to use our Auto Filters, which now have an additional hierarchy level and soon will be available for Multi List and Linked List types of fields.
With the Auto Filters, you'll be able to organize your data using Filter trees with less effort .

Please provide the option to duplicate a project filter into all other new projects. It's painful to create the same filters from scratch everytime.

That is great idea. We also need something like that. We need to filter our test cases using multiple filter rules for multiple entities. It will save out time.

This would be great. However adding intelligent filters based on field values would be even better.
For example we have to setup a ton of filters to create a hierarchical view of requirements/tests/test sets based on application -> area -> sub-area. This is quite time consuming. If we could instead setup a set of filter rules that created this filter hierarchy automatically, that would be a real game changer.

even the option to export to CSV and then import would solve it (i'd use spreadsheets to duplicate and change filters)
