Improve the filter in Issues
It would be a great benefit to us if the filter coould be like it is in excel where you have the poosibility to customize it so you can define your own filter. For instance fileter on several "status", not only one.

Hi ,
Wanted to notify you that this option is available now in our solution.
In order to create a filter with different statuses as criteria, just use ‘OR’ query when you add statuses.
Thanks and have a good day!
Best regards,
Christine

I would like to use the filter in the export to excel. Now I only have the option to choose ALL the issues, without filter.

Hi David,
I agree, and we would be adding it in one of the next releases, so it would work the same way as fast filters are working with issues. -

When you click on a pie chart segment in the Dashboard view, and it takes you to e.g. a list of all the tests that are ready, or failed etc, I don't see anything which makes it very obvious what filter is applied. It would be great to show a little filter UI control above the table of tests (or whatever item you've filtered on), perhaps like the one in Excel's Autofilter thing, which would (a) show you more obviously than it does now what filter has been applied to the view, and (b) would allow you to change or remove the filter to see different subset of rows, or all rows. It might be easy to look at filtered data and mistakenly think you were looking at all the data - it would be better to make the fact that a filter has been applied more obvious!

Nice feature. The platform already has multiple filters for a specific field, but that is inside each custom view. To learn more about custom views goto : http://www.practitest.com/help/settings/custom-views/
