    It would be good if you added a more specific description for what you're after, I think I would have probably voted it up.

    Now that we have been using the integration for a while I can say that the biggest issues we encounter are:
    - Human errors when linking (as discussed with Joel yesterday), in part due to the process described in second point in description above
    - Lack of ability to find all tests that are linked to an issue
    - Lack of ability to run a report on just issues tied to instances (e.g. all issues which were created or linked in a test cycle)
    - PT's annoying habit of duplicating issues when linked to the same test multiple times (in Test - Traceability tab)
