We are facing following issue while integrating with JIRA and recommend these options should be available

1 - Unable to see the attachment while doing the Sync with Jira issue - attached should be sync with JIRA . it will help to explain the issue
2 - Unable to see the user comment in issue while doing the sync with JIRA. – it should sync the user comment so that we don’t have to go to Jira to see the comments
3 - New issue option is disabled once we integrate with JIRA , it should be enabled . it will help in case of Hybrid project where some project is running in JIRA and other are not . it will help to test team to create defect from practices and later sync with respective user story
4 – Mapping of Practitest field with JIRA field,
5 – Issue logged during the execution from Practitest should link with user story as well , in current scenario it is getting linked with Test case not with user story
