Sometimes we fail many instance in our Test Set at once due to a serious bugs that affects them all.

Enhance the Export All Users (report/download) to include last log on date of each user. This report can be found on the Manage Users tab.
Add last log on by each user to the Export All Users report/download report under Manage All users. Will help to manage both active and inactive users.

Why put a toggle Preview button if it does not match the format after saving
When creating test cases, we usually use nested lists. Considering many limitations on that text area field in terms of format, I rely on the toggle preview to see how it will look like once I ran the test case. However, that is not the case. Can you please fix the formatting on lists there are like a hundred issues on that module alone. Then after that, make sure the Toggle Preview does its job.

Change the way custom view filter is presented
If you add a custom view filter where two conditions both need to be true (A and B) the editing screen does not make clear that there is an implicit AND operator. In fact each line has the word OR at the end of each line. It would help if this part of the screen were redesigned to make the AND explicit and not show OR.

Linked List Add New Item in drop down
Allow addition of new items to a linked list child list from the form drop down. This feature was added to regular lists a while ago and is much more convenient then modifying the list contents in the fields settings section.

Show which tests\steps in test didn't run on report
If you run a testset and didn't finished him you won't be able to find out that unless you enter the specific testset, into a test and see which steps didn't run at all. also, you won't be able to know if a test is fully run - you can make only one step within test and exit - when you enter the testset you got indicator of the status of the test, but you can't tell if all steps are checked.

Including the "Expected Result" for all steps in the description of a new issue created via "Fail & Issue."
Currently, the auto-generated description for a new issue created via "Fail & Issue" includes only the Expected Result for the failed step. We would like it to include the Expected Results for all steps leading up to the failure as well.

Test Case Recorder
Other test case management tools have a browser plugin that can be used to record web sessions. The sessions can then be edited and used to either create a defect and/or create a test case. This is incredibly useful and facilitates the creation of test cases and bugs. The test cases created this way can include annotated screenshots for expected results as well as videos.

When internal issue is created in ClickUp, add a Practitest link to its description
When we push internal issue in Practitest to ClickUp, sometimes we want to see the Practitest side after we saw the ClickUp side, to see the internal fields and data/etc. The problem is, that we have no link that leads to Practitest side.
We can search by the ID, but it's less convenient because IDs of ClickUp tickets are too long, in Jira it's easier.
It would be great if once you push the internal ticket to ClickUp, a link to the internal side would automatically be added to the description from ClickUp side. Like a link to the run…
