option for adding new values to custom fields without overwriting old values
For batch editing of Tests/Requirements I need to add values to my custom fields, but they get overwritten with the new value and information gets lost unfortunately!
An option for adding values but preserving old values would help a lot.

We’ve added this option to the Tags field, allowing new labels to be added in addition to existing ones, without overriding them as part of the batch edit process. For now, we don’t plan to apply this behavior to other fields.
