Failed testcase status should update in JIRA, once it passed
When I failed a testcases and create/link a defect, JIRA bug automatically shows the Failed test step. But later, after bug fix, when I ran the same test again and pass the defect, Jira bug is not showing the pass status, still showing old Failed test cases.

Thanks for your feature request.
After thorough consideration we have to decline it as it can’t be implemented due to methodological aspects.
