Rename the system generated Test Case ID

Have the ability to rename the system generated Test Case ID or allow this field to be "hidden". We use our own Test Case numbers and this is confusing for the testers to have two number fields.

    At least to hide it. it is useless for my project and even confuse the team!

    +1 I was about to raise this myself. It would beneficial to use our own naming conventions as the system generated ones are largely meaningless.
