allow additional user defineable status for test cases
It would be nice to have another status for test cases that are not able to be tested and need to be flagged for testing at the customer site.
Hi Barb,
I am setting this one to declined based on the reason I wrote previously.
Please let me know if you don’t agree.

Hi Barb,
This is actually one of the main reasons to use the status "Blocked" as a way of signalling (to you, or to your team, or to anyone else) that this test could not be run because for a reason, in this case because you cannot run it in the lab.
For us Blocked is the status you use when you don't want to set it to Failed because it didn't fail, you don't want to leave it in No Run because it was supposed to be run, and you can't set it to Passed because it didn't run and you cannot say it will pass.
Additionally, in the specific case you are mentioning here, that you have tests that you want to run as part of your "internal acceptance" or verification tests I would recommend you create a test set specifically for that, and the moment you get "another" test that should be added to the set then simply to go to this test set and add it before you forget about it...
Please let me know what do you think about this (mainly about the blocked status)?
Thanks,
-joel
